• Assisting clients in all matters of commercial financing.

• Preparing corporate documents including: shareholder agreements, operating agreements and partnership agreements, covenants not to compete, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements and leases.

• Assist with applying for and maintaining federal trademarks and state tradenames.

• Sales, leasing, commercial contracts in a number of different industries.
